Hen Party Dance Class NewcastleThirty-eight themes. One fee. Every hen on the floor.
This page is the group chat’s way out of limbo — of all the hen party activities Newcastle sells, this is the one built so nobody spectates. Every theme below is taught the same way: a professional teacher, one of three rooms we hire — Newgate Street, Neville Street by Central Station, or Jesmond — and a routine composed on the day for whoever actually walks in. £170 covers the entire party for ninety minutes, £145 covers the hour, and the venue’s hire cost is the only thing on top, agreed in writing first. A hen do dance class here demands no experience of anyone; the confetti of a good hen party idea is that everybody’s in it.
The date is the scarce bit. Claim yours.
Send whatever date-shaped thing exists — ‘mid-June-ish’ counts — and within the day a real person confirms what’s free, which of the three rooms suits your numbers, and the two written figures: class fee, venue cost. Theme undecided? That’s a valid answer on the form, and swapping later is free.
race-day weekends go first — canny organisers move early ✦
The full arc, daft warm-up to camera-ready number — the Toon favourite by miles.
The tighter telling for a busy day plan; the filmed finale survives the cut.
Coastal cottages at Tynemouth, Ouseburn flats, Northumberland barns — class fee only.
one figure for the whole gang — per-head arithmetic stays in the bigg market gutter ✦
Composed for your crowd, on the day.
Most operators in this city march every group through the same laminated steps. Ours can’t — there is no laminate. Your teacher reads the actual room (ages, nerves, how brunch went) and writes the routine live in your theme, at a height everyone clears. That’s why a dance hen party works with three generations on one floor, and why your finale video exists nowhere else on earth.
All thirty-eight, dealt by suit.

Torn? Put ‘undecided’ on the form ↓
Three rooms on call. Or yours.
We keep three dance-ready spaces across the city and match your party to the one that fits — by the shops, by the station, or out in leafy Jesmond. Prefer zero logistics? The teacher drives to wherever the weekend already lives and the venue line drops to nothing.

Nineteen of us split between two generations and one very game great-aunt. The teacher had us looking rehearsed inside an hour.Maid of honour · party of 19 · Newcastle
Booked the Neville Street room purely because half the party came up by train. Bags dropped, danced by two, Quayside by six.Organiser · party of 15 · Durham
The quote was one number and one venue cost. After a week of per-head spreadsheets from everyone else, I nearly cried.Bridesmaid · party of 21 · Sunderland

seven straight answers ↓
How does hen party pricing work at Newcastle Dance Studio?+
Two written numbers, no head-counting: the class itself is £170 for the ninety-minute session or £145 for the hour — whole party covered — and the venue's hire cost sits on top, confirmed before you book. Bring us to your hen house instead and the venue line reads zero.
Which of the three rooms will our party get?+
Whichever fits your headcount and your plans: Newgate Street in the thick of town, Neville Street right by Central Station for parties arriving by rail, or the Jesmond room if the weekend is based out that way. It's named in writing with your quote.
Will the studio be supplying costumes or props?+
No — outfits are the group chat's happy responsibility and nothing we stock. The studio's contribution is the teacher, the playlist and a speaker with proper lungs.
What if most of us have never danced sober?+
Then you're the exact demographic. There's no pre-written routine to fall behind on — your teacher composes one on the day for the room they meet, pitched at the least steady pair of feet in it. No experience needed is the entry policy.
How early should we book for a Newcastle weekend?+
Earlier than most cities — this is one of the UK's hen capitals and summer Saturdays plus race days vanish first. Six to eight weeks out keeps all 38 themes and all three rooms in play; late gaps do appear and cost nothing to ask about.
Can the bride be kept in the dark about all this?+
Gloriously. Mark it a surprise on the form and every confirmation goes through the organiser alone — the bride learns what's happening when the teacher presses play.
Does the studio do anything beyond hen parties?+
Plenty — a twenty-style adult class timetable launching by interest list at £10 a session once live, and private wedding first-dance coaching from £75 across the North East.
